Marisu International allows returns/replacements for wrong, damaged, expired, or missing products. Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery (2 days for damaged/missing items) via consumer.care@marisuinternational.com. After review, products are picked up or self-shipped (with courier cost reimbursed). Refunds/replacements are processed after quality checks, subject to stock availability. Returns are not accepted for opened, used, altered, or unboxed products, or if requests exceed timelines. Refunds are initiated within 7 business days to the same payment source. In Case of COD payments, the case is thoroughly reviewed and then the consumers are requested to share their UPI id on which the payments are made. The full process may take up to 2 weeks.
